On the way home I decide donuts sound good. I check the app and it shows the hot light is on. I pull in and the hot light is on from the window. I get 3 donuts from drive through in a box. As I'm driving I open the box to steal a bite of one and they're the most dried out, old donuts I've seen, like what you would expect from the back of your car after a week. The staff were friendly and did nothing wrong, but why would you serve these?? The picture doesn't do it justice, as soon as I saw I knew they were going to be terrible. I did try one and they had an off taste, so I threw it all away when I got home. A waste of $5.50 and dealing with more traffic was extremely frustrating.I've usually ignored their hot light as it's a roll of the dice if they're actually serving hot donuts, I made the mistake today of trusting it and for the price you're better off supporting a local shop like Royal Donut or Donut Scene.

I got the brand new 3 pack that has the light donuts, cookie dough and blue slush, I bought it only for the blue slush instead I get the popcorn one. I got the 10 count munchkins well no I order that got the mini donuts. It makes no sense. They aren’t the same as munchkins. Why can’t I get what I’m paying all this money for?

Unlike the location in Mayfield Heights, you will actually be able to get in the door and be served donuts at this Krispy Kreme location. That being said, the location is not as clean as it probably should be, and the lack of air conditioning in the building makes waiting for your order more of a chore than it ought to be. The street on the south end of the building (the one that it is most convenient to enter from) has also been under construction constantly for the last 3 years or so, so good luck actually getting in and out of this place.

Came here few times when visiting from NY and some of the staff is super sweet and will give hot fresh donuts when we ask for them. Today some lady at 12pm was the window took about 15mins to get us donuts and they were cold and hard. We told her about it and she was so defensive and said i can just put them in the microwave and u won’t like them. After taking a bite they just didn’t taste like the ones we usually get and left like a filmy taste in the mouth. We were going to get few boxes to go but thank god we only got one box.

Came in 30 minutes before closing and guy said they ran out of donuts. They should not advertise they r open until 10 if they dont want to service customers. Came in on Saturday the 20th. We all know Kristy Keene keeps batches in the back.
