I love Krispy Kreme donuts! After a family work project we went to get some donuts as a reward. The day we went, they gave us each a free fresh, hot, glazed donut while we were picking out our assorted dozen. A fresh hot donut is like a little bit of heaven. They don't always hand out donuts, but it happens more often than any other donut chain I've been to.There is some seating, but most people take out. I have never seen the seating more than half full. They do have clean, well taken care of customer bathrooms.

My husband and I stopped by to get strawberry iced sprinkles donuts for our son, but unfortunately they were out. Ms. Dolores at the drive-thru was so kind and thoughtful, she made sure to grab mini strawberry iced sprinkles instead. It worked out perfectly since our son is a toddler and loved them! Highly recommend this Krispy Kreme, the service and donuts are always phenomenal.

I’m very disappointed in the management of this location because they barely honor their posted hours. They were close 8-9 minutes before the sign on the door and on Friday night in the summer. This is not my first experience with them closing early, why have your hours posted on the door and on your website but close early. At this rate you should say we close when we feel like it. I have never come on google to post a bad review and this was my first negative one to write ever or even think of sharing but something has to give. Their owner needs to correct this behavior with the employees or find a manager that wants to keep customers.

We paid $17 for two 3-pack seasonal doughnuts and one cinnamon roll. They put the latter in the box instead of one of the specialty items (never received the missing one). I used the app to pre-order, so I should have been able to just pick up my order and leave. NOPE.To the one workers' credit, she was helping someone who apparently had never seen a doughnut before fill out a dozen, but there were easily four other workers standing around just looking at things, including the drive-through operator, who could have just handed me my order.While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice that the specialty doughnuts are 2/3 the size of the other frosted and/or filled ones in the case. I'm paying premium price for 2/3 the doughnut for a new flavor. What a scam.They didn't even taste like what they were supposed to.Unless someone picks up the plain frosted ($16 for a dozen!!!) for an event, never again. Such a ripoff.Oh, and everything in the store was sticky. I only touched the door and my order, but a 6ish and 10ish-year-old loudly complained... you know you need to wipe down some surfaces.

Krispy Kreme on Richmond Highway-Went in for some fresh donuts and a cup of decaf. Glazed donuts were on the assembly line! Hot and fresh! Store is busy! Ordering is quick but paying is slow. Ordered decaf and staff had to brew. Took about ten minutes. Staff had trouble with the brewing machine. Coffee was bland , watered down and not all that hot. Donuts were fresh. 3.5 stars.
