My daughter wanted to go to Krispy Kreme after her open house at her school. She had gotten a gift card for her birthday and wanted to use it towards her purchase, so we went to this location off of Scenic Hwy. We decided to go inside, since it wasn't busy at the time that we went. It was very clean inside. There were these little hats placed on the tables that had Krispy Kreme on them, and my son was excited to put the hat on. My daughter ordered a box of donuts, half glazed, half strawberry flavor with sprinkles on it. There was a tall, older gentleman who assisted us with the purchase, but I didn't get his name. He was very helpful in taking her order and helping her with hee order. The kids were fascinated with being able to watch the donuts being made and see them LIVE as they came down the production belt. To add to great customer service, the gentleman that assisted us with my daughter's order asked us if we wanted to try one of the donuts, and was nice enough to give us all a donut, HOT off the belt.🤗 He made sure we knew where the napkins were, placed my daughter's box of donuts in a bag, and was very courteous and hospitable. We appreciated the kind gesture and for providing great service. He encouraged the kids to do well in school and get all A's for the upcoming school year! This shop is located off Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville. We'll definitely go back again when the kids want to get all sugared-up or have a sweet treat.🤗

This location is straight garbage. I had a bad experience when they first opened years ago, but decided to give them another shot tonight while the $0.88 2nd dozen offer for rewards members was still live only to be told by the cashier that corporate didn't allow them to extend the offer. The app days different, but whatever. I didn't "need" the 2nd dozen so took it as a sign.Let's be honest. KK has gone downhill since the company went public. Fewer standard flavors and a bunch of new gimmicks that aren't always good with horrible service at many locations compared to the old days.I'm done.

My favorite place to stop, whenever I am in Snellville and today it proved me correct once again the customer service was amazing through the drive-through, was able to take a dozen of donuts to our vendors, and they were very pleased with the funnest of the happy Easter box, you know because I saw the hot light on I could not resist getting the fresh dozen…

Family went to experience the Harry Potter sorting hat donuts and upon arrival, the employee working the window was extremely rude. Instead of politely sharing they were out of the sorting hats donuts and dozen options, she was short, tempered and dismissive, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. There was no apology, no alternative offered, just an attitude that made it clear we were an inconvenience. It completely soured what was supposed to be a fun family outing. If this is how they treat customers, especially families coming with excited kids, it’s hard to justify coming back to this location.

I placed an online order specifically for the Harry Potter donuts and latte, and we went out of our way to pick them up. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any of the products we ordered—even though the signage was still up and the system still allowed me to order them online. To make matters worse, we were told we had to come inside for a refund, then waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The manager finally processed the refund but was rude about it, despite the entire situation being their fault. Completely unacceptable experience. 0/5 stars if I could.
