You can’t go wrong with Krispy Kreme. This store “does it right “. Great donuts & related items & they are always fresh. My only negative-They were out of fritters. The service was great-genuinely friendly. Great place for children to see & taste something being made in front of them.

We came in today to get the deal showing online, (buy a dozen get another dozen for $1) showing valid until September 3rd. Showing for new and existing customers. The girl at the counter was pretty rude, she told us it was a fake promotion and they will not honor it. Any company I’ve worked for would easily honor any promotion showing on their website. This is a company mistake NOT a customer mistake. This was very upsetting and has quickly turned me away from coming to Krispy Kreme again.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The cream filling are my favorite. My wife loves the glazed. So happy that there’s a new location next to me. The gentleman that first started helping me was very polite respectful, great customer service. When a tall female manager came over she didn’t greet me she didn’t thank me. Poor customer service. It could’ve been that she wasn’t happy that I was doing a Google reviews and taking photos of the facility. But who really knows.

I LOVE Krispy Kreme. I was so excited they opened a location near me. Unfortunately everytime I've gone the donuts arent warm and cloud like. Every other Krispy Kreme location I've been to has that experience. I guess the only time to get them like that is opening time. ;(

I received the notification that the Hot Light was on between 5-7pm but when I ordered @ 6:35pm 2 hot dozes they said sometimes they don’t have hot donuts. There needs to be a connection between what the Krispy Kream app and google shows and what’s actually being served. I only drove out here for hot glazed donuts.I’ll update my review next time if they have hot donuts. Or if the app is updated to reflect what’s actually being served.
