The “Hot Now” sign is basically a bat signal for anyone within a five-mile radius, and yes, I’ve dropped everything (including a half-full grocery cart) to chase that red neon glow.The donuts? Imagine what clouds would taste like if they went to culinary school. The original glazed melts in your mouth so quickly that I sometimes question whether I actually ate it or just dreamed it. The filled donuts are sneaky little surprises—biting into one is like opening a pastry piñata, only nobody has to clean up sprinkles off the floor afterward.The staff deserves credit too. They hand you a donut sample with the same warmth as a grandma passing out cookies, except grandma doesn’t have an industrial conveyor belt of happiness behind her. Watching the donuts glide through the glaze waterfall is oddly hypnotic—like Food Network crossed with Willy Wonka.Final verdict: Krispy Kreme is not a donut shop. It’s a life choice. The person at the register last night was short kind of when i told her i was there to Good to Go she said you have two minutes she left i said excuse me i wanted to order more so i bought the dozen for 9.99 i also bought two other doughnut for $3.75 something like that overall i spent one so i went to use apt i said did it scan it she said yes . well it didn’t when i checked it this morning . also she went to throw away my receipt started to crumble it i said can i please have my receipt. So i have been here many of times . I spend lots of money usually here i brought my father and son when it first opened . Never ever have i ever been treated like this . so sad !!!!! This really needs to be addressed

When I arrived today to pick up my order, the staff were welcoming and friendly!They asked me if I wanted to wait a few minutes for fresh hot donuts. When I said yes, they offered me a free donut for waiting.Nothing beats Krispy Creme donuts!

They make delicious donuts but I’m not sure how much higher prices can go that folks can afford them. A dozen donuts are like $17 (including tax)?! It’s not sustainable with inflation. I definitely can’t afford that sadly, even for special occasions. 😮‍💨Went for National Donut Day this week and, of course, it was packed with a long line waiting. You got a free glazed donut (my absolute fave) donut but if you wanted to take advantage of their deal for the day - you had to buy a dozen glazed donuts $17 and then your second dozen would be $2 as a variation of a Buy One, Get One for $2. The worker that served us was quite kind despite the chaos. I think it’s great they offered free donuts for everyone! It’s also really cool you can literally watch the donuts being made into absolute perfection. Kids especially love getting to watch the process and you can feel the excitement in the air with anticipation.Tip: This particular shop has a tight small parking lot that always seems to be overflowed/backed up onto the main road. So be prepared and possibly go around to park near the other restaurants next to them and walk over.
