This place gets busy, but they churn out the orders and fill as soon as they can! Krispy Kreme has been around so long, we cannot imagine life without them! Pricing is reasonable, and hasn't changed too much over the decades with everything going up! Their glazed cannot be beat! The cake donuts are moist. Just delicious. ALWAYS!

I am glad this place has not changed much since I last visited over 20 years ago. This has to be one of Akron's best known landmarks and it is not hard to see why. The donuts were fresh and the whole place welcomes you with such a smell that can be best described as ICONIC. If you are in Akron and want doughnuts, this is the place you must come to!

I just stopped in and tried to use the offer for 1$ dozen glazed donuts with the purchase of any separate dozen donuts. This offer is through the app and on the front page of their corporate website and valid through 9/3/25. Today is 8/19/25. I was told that doesn’t exist anymore and the corporate website was wrong. I’m not sure what the confusion is or what went wrong.

Went at 6:30am, a half hour after they open and was told that they will not have and won't ever have/ make fresh donuts until after 7am, when they'll start making them. So pretty much, a donut shop that sells the previous nights donuts the next morning until they decide to start making fresh ones. Meanwhile, two employees are standing around chatting outside, one inside at the window and no one making fresh donuts🙄...

You guys are always so kind. A young woman with braces just gave us two free doughnuts that were warm and it was the first warm donut I've ever had. Just always the nicest people working. I appreciate you.
