Ridiculous! Order the specialty doughnuts they had advertised. When I opened the box it looked nothing like what was expected and it wasn’t even filled. Do better. Don’t advertise something you can deliver.

ANDYYY!! Best manager you could ask to be running the business. Came in 5 minutes before closing and greeted us with the most positive attitude. Literally made our night by being so genuine, kind, and just an uplifting spirit . True sweetheart and just came to say that because he was amazing and i swear the donuts tasted better because of him

I wish that I had noticed the young lady's name on her name tag at the Jeffersonville, Indiana location because her customer service skills were lacking, majorly. She literally acted like she didn't want to sell me any donuts, I needed to purchase 5 dozen and wasn't aware that that would be a problem at a donut shop. I would think that a donut would kind of be on a freshness timeline--so you might want to sell them when someone is willing to buy them--but what do I know. I do know this, if all Krispy Kreme stores have employees that don't exhibit any better customer service skills than that, then I don't see how one single store is still open. Usually I don't write negative reviews like this but we had driven over an hour to this store because this is one of the closest ones to where we live. I remained nice the whole time--even with her "less than desirable" attitude and service. Krispy Kreme Headquarters, do better with your hiring and training of employees. Strongly express to them that being kind and having great customer service goes a very long way!!!!

Krispy Kreme donuts on veterans parkway, close to a bunch of the local shopping. Easy access, for the busy area where it’s located. Usually very fresh, team members and shift managers are nice and friendly. Family loves the glazed donuts the best. Pick up branded coffee cups and mugs.

I stopped in expecting to get yummy donuts. I first used the restroom to find it very unclean with a liquid on the floor by the toilet, a dirty toilet, and filthy sink. As a general rule I do not eat at an establishment that has unclean restrooms. I went back to my car and a female worker came out to yell at me for throwing a small item in the bathroom trash. It was smaller than a lunchable package. I explained to her it was a very small item and the bathroom could use a cleaning. She was incredibly rude.
