I’ve stopped by this Krispy Kreme a few times while passing through, and my first visits were truly great — the service was excellent, the selection met all expectations, and I would’ve easily rated it five stars.However, during a visit in March, the experience was quite different. I needed to call my friend to confirm which donuts to pick, but there was no signal, so I stood off to the side, away from the display, and let the staff know I just needed a moment. When I finally approached the counter to choose, a large family walked in, and the staff asked me to move — and they did it rather impolitely. I had just started to make my selection (how am I supposed to choose in 30 seconds?) and had waited patiently before that.Additionally, I’ve noticed that many Krispy Kreme locations have stopped carrying my favorite, most delicious donuts — the ones I always came for. It’s really disappointing that they’ve been removed from the menu entirely.

Have known Pinneau Krispy Kreme doughnut shop for over 10 years and saw this on my travels and thought I would stop in and see if I could get a glazed donut off the line but they only do it from about seven in the morning till 10 and then again in the evening and I came around noon, but I did buy a glazed donut and one of the maple pumpkin spice pecan donuts and a cup of coffee. They were both good and the people in the store working were all super nice.

I come here with my family of four to order 12 assorted doughnuts. As I was walking in, someone from the drive thru wanted 2 raspberry doughnuts and cinnamon rolls. I overheard the girl ( worker) telling the customer at the drive thru that they were " out" of them doughnuts. I just politely went inside and ordered me and my family doughnuts. I was so upset cause that was the whole point of my family going there to get the raspberry and cinnamon roll and etc. Anyways, we just ordered 2 strawberries glazed, 6 glazed donuts, and 4 chocolate glazed. I hope that next time I go back, they will have what I wanted to get!

Great spot! This was my first time at a Krispy Kreme and I loved every bite. The coffee was great, and the donuts were the best I've had off the shelf in years. I finished them all when I got back home haha
