I visited Krispy Kreme recently and overall had a pretty good experience! The food is definitely the highlight — the donuts are consistently delicious. I got the Original Glazed (of course), a couple filled ones, and a Chocolate Iced. They were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The glaze was just the right amount of sweet without being too much, and the dough itself was super light and fluffy. That’s why I gave the food 4 stars — it was almost perfect!The service was okay, but a little slower than expected. It wasn’t super busy, but I still had to wait a bit before being helped. The staff wasn’t rude or anything — just not super friendly or energetic either. I gave the service 3 stars because I think it could’ve been a bit more welcoming or engaging, especially when you’re coming in excited for donuts.The atmosphere gets 4 stars from me. The place was clean, well-lit, and had a nice vibe. I always love watching the donuts go down the conveyor belt behind the glass — it’s fun every single time, especially for kids. The music was okay, and the seating area was decent too.Overall, I’d definitely come back and recommend Krispy Kreme to others. The donuts are great, and even though the service wasn’t amazing this time, it wasn’t bad either. A few small improvements and this could’ve easily been a 5-star visit!

Krispy Kreme never disappoints! Every time I walk in and see the “Hot Now” sign on, I know I’m in for a treat. The classic glazed doughnuts are soft, warm, and literally melt in your mouth, it’s hard to eat just one!They also have fun seasonal flavors and filled doughnuts that are always worth trying. The coffee pairs perfectly with the sweetness, and the staff is always friendly and fast.The store is clean, and service is quick whether you’re dining in or grabbing a box to go. I love how consistent they are, you always know what you’re getting, and it’s always good.If you’ve never tried a Krispy Kreme doughnut fresh off the line… you’re missing out. Total comfort food and one of the best sweet stops in town

Very unprofessional. The “manager” Touched all my donuts with her bare hand, and when I brought it up, she refused to serve me. This is a very unsanitary practice. Then, when I complain about it, the employees start to taunt me as Im leaving taking pictures and videos of me. I don’t know what the company policies are, but I don’t appreciate a company that allows their employees to take pictures and videos of paying customers.
