Visited this location today because the hot sign was on. Ordered 2 dozen of donuts pull off and the donuts was hard and cold as if they were sitting all day. Called up there and spoke with the manager just to be told that they don’t keep old donuts and I could bring them back for a refund and that the hot sign want be back on until 5pm and continued to disregard anything I was saying. I asked for corporate number and was told that even they can view her cameras and see that they don’t keep old donuts. Very disappointed with this manager and this location. I’ve never had this issue with the location in Spartanburg. I want be visiting this location again

PLEASE read entire thing:I’m terribly sorry to complain, I’m just sad cause I tried being so nice and was looking forward to eating the donuts! But on Saturday evening, I went through the drive-thru to order half a dozen, and every kind I asked for, the young guy working the line said “we’re out, we’re out” literally of EVERY single kind, then I went inside to check and they were all there, he was just sitting on his phone and didn’t want to get up 😆🤦🏻‍♀️I came back this morning to try it again because I was still craving them, hoping to get a different set of workers. The young ladies at the front didn’t greet me, they just stared at me. This front display was pretty empty but I saw others making more doughnuts in the back, and I asked if they would be making more of various flavors and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “I’m not sure.” I felt they would be no more help, so I just ordered a few jelly filled. I get home to eat them, and there was literally ZERO jelly inside any of them!!! lol it sounds ridiculous but I swear! I did take pics that I’ve attached here. This location could be so good, why do none of the workers care 😞

Have had multiple issues with this location. One being I ordered a dozen specialty donuts for pick up at 7:30am a few weeks back. When I got them and me and my co workers started eating them we could tell they had to be from the day before. Now tonight I ordered some donuts for delivery. I am going to attach the photo of what I ordered and what I received.

Better training for staff is needed! NO customer service. The young gal serving us couldn't enunciate clearly enough for anyone to understand her. When she had to repeat herself, she was so rude!! Speak clearly!

Good stopover while waiting for the car to charge at Sam’s club. Food is excellent as always, wait for the hot and ready sign if you can! Service was okay but they seemed busy. Inside was a bit gross and cold. One of the bathrooms was not available. But still was able to eat some doughnuts so all is right in the world.
