It represents a commitment to centuries-old techniques, quality ingredients, and a truly authentic taste.
The moment you step through the door, the experience is defined by the captivating scent of warm, fresh bread and sweet pastries—a key factor that patrons consistently highlight as "absolutely irresistible." This immediate sensory delight is the product of a meticulous, traditional baking process. La Farm Bakery specializes in artisan bread crafted with an old-world, three-day fermentation process, using natural levain (sourdough starter) and locally milled, high-quality organic flours, often sourced from North Carolina farms. This dedication to process ensures a superior depth of flavor and texture in every loaf.
While the artisan bread is the foundation, La Farm Bakery in Raleigh has evolved into a full-service cafe, offering an extensive menu that covers Breakfast, Lunch, and Weekend Brunch. Customers can indulge in perfectly flaky croissants, savory sandwiches built on their freshly baked bread, and signature French cafe classics like the Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame. This comprehensive offering allows locals to make La Farm a frequent stop, whether for a quick morning coffee and pastry or a leisurely, high-quality mid-day meal.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Atmosphere here is super cute and the customer service is good as well for resolving issues. Wasn’t very impressed with the long wait time and how the food comes out. We ordered a BLT and it had zero bacon on it; they just forgot about it. Luckily the woman at the counter was kind enough to get us a replacement sandwich. The food is way overpriced for what you get - we ordered the BLT & Tartine Diablo. The petite salad was all wilted and had gone bad on both plates.
September 26 · Sidnee FeltIf you're looking for a cozy, delicious spot to satisfy your cravings for fresh-baked treats or a wholesome meal, look no further than La Farm Bakery. This local chain has truly captured the heart of the community with its commitment to quality, flavor, and local sourcing. From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh bread and sweet pastries is absolutely irresistible. All of their baked goods are made fresh daily, and you can taste the difference. Whether you're indulging in one of their perfectly gooey cinnamon rolls or taking home a crusty artisan loaf, every bite is packed with homemade goodness.La Farm doesn't stop at bakery staples – they also offer a full breakfast and lunch menu that makes this place a great go-to any time of day. Their sandwiches are crafted with care (and some of the best bread you’ll ever eat), and the soups and salads are equally impressive – fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. What makes it even better is their dedication to sourcing local ingredients, supporting the community while also delivering top-notch taste and quality. It’s the kind of place you can feel good about supporting.Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely brunch, La Farm Bakery combines rustic charm with high-quality fare – and that’s a winning recipe in our book.Highly recommend!
April 22 · Kierstyn MyersSave your time and money, do not go. Bad food, even worse service. Went and got avocado toast. It was soggy and brown like it had been sitting out for hours. I asked for the side salad rather than fruit, they said that they couldn’t do that at 10:45am. Fine, but look at the picture of the fruit. Barely any at all and the melons look like someone had taken a bite first. The girl taking the order was rude and dismissive. They dot. Have WiFi which isn’t a huge deal but kind of odd for the type of place they are (people were doing work there, so everyone was on hot spots). Overall, a wasted $17.
September 17 · Caroline BakerBefore I get into what I do like about this place. I’m going to get into the bad. This is no hate to the staff at all. I am disappointed in the “matcha latte” they serve, if you can even call it that. Below I have attached pictures of what they give you and what an oat-milk match latte is supposed to look like. As well as the portion sizes for a deluxe breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit (yes that’s how much fruit they give you, I did not eat any) . I asked for extra matcha powder upon seeing that my drink was not the right color. As soon as I saw the barista take out the tin of “matcha”, I knew that she or my drink never had a chance. The powder was sooo pale and chalky. This indicates that the matcha is old and not of good quality. I took a sip and immediately threw it away. I feel like I wasted my money. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They are not at fault for the matcha but I hope whoever is in charge resolves this issue or if it’s too big of an ask, they should take it off the menu to save face. Other than that, sandwiches and pastries are good.
April 19 · Ally GarciaExciting news! One of my favorite spots, La Farm Bakery, has opened a new location near Midtown and North Hills on Six Forks Road (at Wake Forest Road). They offer outstanding breakfast classics and signature favorites, including sandwiches, quiches, scrambles, salads, fresh-baked goods, and a children's menu. Enjoy a great selection of coffees, teas, and beverages—plus delicious desserts! Dine in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or grab something to go. The atmosphere is casual and kid-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor seating. (See photos—menu included!)
