August 20 · Kasa KasaThis place has the most distasteful food of all miami. Due to the fact that he accepts food stamp payments for all foods. The croquettes are horrible the stuffed potatoes are generic made with instant potato. Their enpanadas are the worst tasting thing they have more dough than meat. Their pastries are stale and hard just like their Cuban bread. Not even their coffee is good. Good luck.
October 21 · Oscar BWent with an elderly friend around 11:30 am to get some bread. The window was open, but the door was locked. There were people behind the counter, two gentlemen were in front of the register eating, and one lady sweeping. He knocked on the door, and they just looked at him and told him to wait. They kept us waiting for almost 5 minutes. I would have left, but he is stubborn and kept knocking on the door a few times, saying he wanted to buy bread. Finally, they let us in, locked the door again until they let us out, and locked it behind us. The ladies kept rushing him to finish making his order with fake smiles. It says that they are open until 7 pm, but it seems like they didn't want any business.
April 09 · Thea NabitySad that the place sell good bread but terrible customer service two woman without ethics sad. They want to be with nasty attitude like customer need to accept no. That not acceptable.I hope they get train to deal with customers. Customers service is very important in a business.
