Lang Bakery is a culinary cornerstone nestled within Oklahoma City's vibrant Asian District, offering a distinct and authentic experience that goes well beyond your average bakery. For Oklahomans seeking an escape to an "exotic land... momentarily" through a culinary experience, Lang Bakery is the genuine article.

Lang Bakery specializes in creating a comforting and authentic culinary moment right here in the heart of Oklahoma. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1i was attracted to the vibe of this shopping area due to the mural in the parking lot. i am originally from california and took for granted while living in cali the diversity of the state where you can have really good food from all parts of asia while living in the state. then i lived in other parts of the usa for half a decade where asian food was severely lacking or nearly nonexistant other than americanized chinese food. due to this reason i realized i love my culture and also appreciate asian culture of various different countries moreso than i realized before. last week i noticed this place and wanted to try it so i kept a mental note to revisit and i did today. the noodle dish i had included dumplings and chinese style pork. the menu was written in vietnamese. i was not sure if this is a vietnamese place or a vietnamese version of a taiwanese place. the broth of my noodle soup was somewhat sweet and made it quite interesting hinted slightly of pho but wasnt pho. it was an interesting dish but i am confused about the origins of the soup. it will surely be interesting for many others and enjoyable but i did notice the portion left me hungry afterwards so i ordered a sandwich to go. the number 4 banh mi was truly satiating, of good portion and quite tasty. if i rate the banh mi alone it would be 5 stars. the portion of the noodle soup that i felt was somewhat basic in quality aside from the interesting broth would be rated about 3.5 stars out of 5. the noodle soup and the banh mi came out to $18. noodle soup was $11 on the menu and the banh mi was $5.50 on the menu. this is a place worth trying as it is a mom and pop location that carries a very distinct down to earth vibe. it will be a good experience for those in the area that want to try something new and escape to a far away exotic land in asia momentarilly albeit in culinary experience during your brief lunch. they only take cash or venmo or zelle. no cards, no checks and no apple pay.
October 16 · 승엽Bbq pork banh mi was quite good and well priced. The woman working at the counter was friendly as well.
March 28 · Madison StraussI just finished my first meal here and can’t wait to come back and try more! I had a pork dish with broken rice and it was fresh, flavorful, and there was plenty of it. Try the Grass Jelly drink on the side (make sure to get the good stuff at the bottom!) the place is small and clean and perfect for a nourishing hot lunch.
February 14 · Nicole PooleIf you want the best wonton soup in the okc area. I personally order the wonton soup with the BBQ pork. They cook the noodles well and the wontons are the best tasting in the city.Heads up they only take cash/Venmo
August 26 · Matthew NguyenIt's not pho but it's really magnificent, definitely a hidden gem in the Asian district. I would not have known if it wasn't for my friends taking me here.
