★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Husband grabbed us donuts this morning. We’ve tried a few in the area and this one isn’t great. The chocolate donut tasted like the way nail polish smells and we didn’t finish it because I felt like it may have chemicals in it. Rest of the donuts weren’t bad but they tasted a little stale. Very sweet lady inside tho just wished the donuts weren’t better
April 26 · Veronica TuneVery limited selection, chocolate tasted really bad. We threw it away. Something tasted like nail polish.
August 30 · Nate BishopSpend $28 for chocolate donuts and pigs in blankets and croissant, the chocolate donuts ALL tasted terrible, like metal, chemical of some sort. My son and I had to split it out and throw all away.
May 09 · Sengny VixayStayed at a hotel within walking distance and decided to give this place a try. Walking in, none of the guys in my group were blown away by the selection or appearance of the donuts (we're all used to more extravagant options at trendier places). We all decided independently to grab a donut to tide us over until we could drive to someplace flashier. I saw some square donuts, which appeared to be the most exotic of the offerings, so I went for that. Turned out, they were croissant donuts, which I've had several times at several other donut shops with varying levels of quality and deliciousness, usually with fancy toppings or fillings. The very nice lady behind the counter popped it in a bag and added some glazed donut bites. Outside as we were getting ready to walk back to our hotel, I broke off a few pieces to share with my buds, and every one of them went back to get one of their own. The donut was light and had a slight crisp, as most good cronuts do, and without a filling, was so moist and almost creamy (presumably the dough was layered with glaze), it melted in your mouth. The flavor and texture were 10/10 perfect. We tried many foods over the few days we were in the DFW area, but nothing as memorable and delicious as this unassuming donut shop in a little strip mall near our hotel. I'd absolutely go out of my way to get these donuts again.
September 30 · John CookThe pig in the blankets was overdone. And the donuts, I was truly disappointed because those were not the donuts I remembered from way back then. It was a total failure. I will try them again, when? I don't know yet. That was about 25 minutes away... almost an hour round trip in total. We all have bad days and maybe this was just one of those days. But most definitely not what I remembered them tasting like.
