You almost have to watch them and tell them to put another smear on your bagel. If I’m paying for a cream cheese bagel, I expect at least a decent amount on both sides of the bagel. I should at least see a little bit of cream cheese coming out of the edge of the bagel, but no. It’s such a shame because the bagels are so fluffy and delicious. They are the perfect consistency. A little crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside.Sometimes you do get a day old bagel from the previous day, specifically I’ve noticed this with cinnamon raisin bagels. They think you don’t notice it when you ask for it toasted but you can definitely notice through the consistency of the bagel. The outside of the bagel is much harder and not as fluffy on the inside the next day. I love the bagels here, but they can be inconsistent with orders. It’s one of those places where you have to double check and open your order before you leave in order to be 100% satisfied.

I politely asked if I could just pay and grab my order, which would’ve taken five seconds — and it did. However, instead of a simple yes or no, the staff member went on a long, unnecessary rant about how I should “check the bus schedule” before coming next time.I understand everyone has their policies, but it felt tone-deaf and dismissive. People have things going on in their lives, and I wasn’t being rude or demanding — just in a hurry. A quick, clear response (“no”) would’ve been more professional than lecturing a customer on their time management. Not the kind of interaction you expect when picking up a quick breakfast.LAST TIME I EVER GO HERE
May 14 · Ka MOne star is too much, I did not get my food, I got no service. I still paid $15.56 for a plain bagel, two egg and cheese on plain bagels, and two small coffee light on the cream (by this description I hope the owner knows who I’m). I stood there fro 20 minutes while everyone else got their orders filled, no one said anything when I walked out empty handed. I’m now at Supreme Bagels shelling out another $15 dollars. I’m extremely dissatisfied, never coming back into your shop.
