What is Worth Choosing
Maison De Patisserie is exceptionally worth choosing for California residents who seek an elevated, high-quality sweet and savory experience in a highly accessible location. Patrons choose this establishment for its commitment to Gourmet Indulgence and its perfect blend of French tradition and modern convenience.
The primary reason to visit is the quality of the Patisserie itself. Unlike standard bakeries, Maison De Patisserie focuses on the delicate artistry of European sweets. Items like the Le Sultan cake prove the bakery’s capability to deliver complex, multi-layered flavors that are refreshing and "perfectly balanced." Customers are choosing to spend their money on a special treat, not just a casual snack, making the slightly higher price point justifiable for the memorable quality received.
Furthermore, the location inside Westfield Valley Fair Mall transforms a simple treat into a comprehensive and comfortable experience. It provides a civilized break from shopping, allowing for a relaxing Dine-in or a simple, efficient Takeout. While the review concerning the fruit flies highlights a temporary concern that requires managerial vigilance—an expectation all California patrons have for hygiene—the speedy resolution upon follow-up indicates a commitment to correcting issues. Ultimately, for a taste of sophisticated Dessert accompanied by high-quality Coffee or a unique hot chocolate, Maison De Patisserie offers a luxurious pause in the hustle of Santa Clara life.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came to check out some pastries. There are interesting selection of baked goods and I looked at each of them. Then I saw something crawling on the croissant, and I let the lady at the cashier know that there was a fruit fly crawling over on the croissant. She told me that she will let manager know, and seemed a bit annoyed. Felt like my concern was brushed off and there was a line and I thought about this. I left thinking I won’t be back, but I couldn’t walk away.I did a U turn and checked to see if it has been addressed. I saw TWO fruit flies then crawling around on the window shield and on top of the croissant. Only then the lady saw me with my camera and informed the manager. Only then they tossed the strawberry croissant in the bin. I was told that it’s hard keep track because flies like sweet foods, but it’s really not hard to check once a while. And it’s really not okay to serve those pastries with insect footprints all over.
March 07 · Soo ShiAfter shopping at Westfield Valley Fair Mall, my daughter and I stopped by Maison de Patisserie for a cozy afternoon break. We planned for coffee and tea but were drawn to their unique menu and ordered the Banana Hot Chocolate and a slice of Le Sultan Hazelnut Cake instead. I was skeptical about banana flavor in hot chocolate, but I’m glad I tried it—it was rich, creamy, and surprisingly delicious. The Le Sultan cake was fantastic, with layers of chocolate genoise, coffee, and hazelnut mousse, plus a hazelnut crunch for great texture. A hint of lemon gave it a refreshing lift without overpowering, and it wasn’t too sweet—perfectly balanced. The service was friendly, and the bakery’s elegant vibe was ideal for unwinding. It’s on the pricey side, but it's worth a try for a little indulgence. If you’re at Valley Fair and craving a special treat, Maison de Patisserie’s creative desserts are a must.
April 17 · EdaThey have good palmiers! They don’t carry all the products that they offer but still a good options, they have coffee and beverages and a few tables to sit down. Ground floor by macys.
May 30 · AO “Fine diner”How I wish this place is better than it should be.They have a good selection of patisserie. We ordered chocolate croissants, crème feuillette, one macron and ice latte. The Macron is too sweet nothing special about it. The ice latte is worst than any ordinary stores. The guy prepares the coffee maybe too busy to care. There is no much ice in the coffee and there is not much of aromas of the coffee to pair with the bakery. The chocolate croissant and crème feuillette are good.
June 18 · Bob TranI stop by in this bakery for a quick bite every time I visit the Valley Fair mall. They have a huge number of delicious pastries, danishes, macaroons, sandwiches, salads and sides to choose from. They also serve juices, coffee and various teas. Recommended !
