April 17 · Lindsay HaleyThe best pizza dough I've ever used. The whole wheat dough rolls extremely well (even when preparing a thin base) and doesn't overpower the taste of the finished product. The challah bread is light and airy and the dinner rolls are perfect. The maple walnut bread is great for toasting. The standard sliced bread is well made but not to my taste. I find it too dense but that's just me being overly particular. Also, the customer service is non plus ultra so I always enjoy going here.
