★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm new to the area. And I decided to try this place today. I was happy until it was time to make. My sandwich marilee scrape, the brisket from the bottom of the bowl that was left from previous to try to make my sandwich and I ask for them to use fresh from a different bowl and when they did. Marilee gave me the size of a dime to put on my sandwich. It was a waste my money and wasting my time and I will never go back. And would definitely not send any of my friends or relatives there. What are awful experiences 😕 😩😫😠🤬
August 22 · Ivy TurnerGreat everything.. Except the refusal to “Toast the bagel.” Don’t ask me why, but that’s just the policy here. If you really wanted your breakfast sandwich toasted, you are better off heading to another location.
September 06 · Kevin MusserThis was our first time at manhattan bagel for breakfast. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. They took our order with ease and told us that we could call ahead for faster service. The facility looked a clean and well kept. Mr. J had very good customer service. And I could tell he appreciated the regular customers that were coming in. My son got the farmhouse bagel sandwich, which he said was very good and I got the bacon and spinach croissant and that was very good as well. I got my daughter a hash brown because I don't think that she could handle a big sandwich and she said that was good as well. Overall, everything was great and we will be back to try other things on the menu.
March 27 · Keisha (Boss Lady)I thought I’d give them a try this morning before work. I got to work in Jersey then opened my sandwich to nothing but hopes dreams and disappointment. I ordered a Turkey bacon egg and cheese and got 2 boney slices of Turkey bacon. The price would be fine if they gave you your moneys worth. I’m very disappointed.
December 30 · Daria RobinsonThis review is NOT blaming any of the young workers who bust their tails for the older adult managers. They do a great job!!!This is a management and corporate problem. At which point do you think Manhattan Bagel suits will decide, "You know, maybe today is the day we stop screwing our customers!" Uh, how about never?Prices for a breakfast bagel went from around $2.50 in 2020 to over $6 today. That would be OK, the price gouging, if the sandwiches had any meat or egg to them. The actual bagels are smaller than they were a few years ago - corporate overlords must do whatever it takes to get richer, after all. Anyway ... on a breakfast bagel you get paper thin pieces of meat and egg in. It's pathetic. Even the sandwich cards they offered are out to get the customer. Instead of buying eight breakfast sandwiches, get one free, it's nine.I'm a little surprised they still do decent business at this location. I guess when you have the market cornered, you can survive so long as you keep raising prices and shrinking the portions.Don't even get me started on their worthless bagel club that never, ever, ever offers any good deals or coupons.
