This is such a cute candy shop with a nice assortment of baked goods, namely macrons and cupcakes. The macrons are so sizeable and not artificial and a cute little treat.     The secret to their perfection is no secret. Like all of our products, it starts with the quality of a few simple ingredients. In this case, the foundation is the triumvirate of Straus family creamery organic heavy cream, whole milk, and butter. The other key ingredient is evaporated cane juice instead of refined white sugar. We love the amber molasses flavor. Most importantly, we cook the caramel to exactly 248 degrees. This is how we produce the slightly chewy, slightly yielding texture. This magical texture makes these caramels truly remarkable. Each caramel is then wrapped in old-fashioned glassine paper, preserving their perfect texture and flavor. The experience of unwrapping the waxy paper is part of the enchantment.
