★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Forest Hills establishment has been around for as long as I can remember. I used to enjoy getting donuts or hot dogs there, but today’s experience was disappointing. The staff member serving me was distracted, FaceTiming on her iPhone, and lacked any greeting or courtesy. I appreciate the welcoming, generous older lady with glasses, but after today's interaction, I'm done supporting this place.
April 22 · Upnorth PGWhat horrible food, I bought two punches and they tasted super bad, one was already getting something on one side. Apparently they keep it for days. I won’t buy more there again....By the way, I had to throw away the purchase I made of almost $11. 😡😡😡Oh by the way, and the girl who attended me was very racist.
March 16 · jose ajrcI typically grab breakfast from this establishment when I take the train in and the service is on average good, sometimes not great depending on who is taking the orders at the window.Today while ordering my food, my partner had a complaint about one of the women working there(blonde woman, usually in a bad mood). He had a run in with her, a few days ago where she had thrown his food in his direction when he was waiting for his order the last time he went here. Today he wanted to express to her he did not appreciate her doing that. In the midst of saying this she did not handle the situation professionally. She was combative, asking him what he wanted her to do, sorry if he thought that happened and continued to ask him what he wanted her to do. He said I just want you to acknowledge what was done and that it was not okay. Once he told her this, she waited until he walked away to condescendingly say, you told me this last time, what are you going to do tell me it again next time you come? To which I stepped in to remind her that she’s at work, her tone is unnecessary and that the way she is handling the situation was not okay. She acknowledged she had an attitude today and continued to stick to what she said. She was informed by me that we all work, we get handling different people, but the way she handled this situation was not professional nor okay. When my partner walked away she seemed to be antagonizing the situation which was why I stepped in to say something. I again reminded her she’s at work and the attitude and way she handled the situation wasn’t cohesive to someone being clocked in for work. I have come to this place for years to grab breakfast and this will be my last time giving this business my money. I have not witnessed such a nasty interaction at this place before and I don’t plan on it. She needs to be talked to ASAP because this business will continue to loss business if she continues this way. Also she was sweeping the floor and touched my bag of food to show how she handed my partner her bag(very unsanitary).
