This bakery is mostly nostalgia for me. The lemon poppy seed is the best ever, but everything else doesn't taste as it used to. I ordered the veggie sandwich and it was regret from the first bite, definately not worth $12. The staff is mostly nice.

Fri morning, 9:50 am - no espresso available, no regular coffee available yet 4 people standing behind the counter with arms crossed talking to each other not waiting on customers. 1 person finally took a customer order and only after I said quite loudly 4 people working and only 1 can take an order did a 2nd person step up and take my order. Then had to credit my order because there was no coffee that I'd just paid for.

It's 740pm on friday night my kids wanted cookies..and the girl working there said it's closed and started taking the cookies of the counter. She said they closed now. When there was a huge line. Could of got rid of more cookies and made some more$$.. but decided to go home e early instead. Horrible Customer service by this employee! Talk 2 her Debbie, please!!

Great service and great food! One of the best bakeries in orange county. Was at an international women’s event where Paradise Bakery was offered and was such a hit! Super delicious cookies and muffins.

Great food at this cute littler bakery. They do a great job with not only cakes but cupcakes, cookies and everything else too. We had them do a custom cake for a birthday party and they did such a good job with it. Not only was the flavor rich, the presentation of it looked like it was sculpted by Michelangelo himself
