I’ve been to a few PB, unfortunately this one is prob one of the messiest. I also saw fruit fly in the pastry windows. The cashier was super nice, but he could have more training about packing goods for customers. They charge extra money for pastry but there was literally no services come with it. Not my expected PB experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the chocolate strawberry cake I ordered for my son’s and husband’s shared birthday on Wednesday, 5/16, with a scheduled pickup for Saturday, 5/17.Unfortunately, the cake did not meet the quality we expected—especially considering that we’ve purchased this same cake before and had good experiences in the past. This time, however, the experience was deeply disappointing.When we opened the box at home, we noticed several issues:The cream layer inside the cake was not centered, affecting both the appearance and balance of the cake.There was visible damage to the chocolate and white cream on the surface, as if someone had touched it with a finger.The birthday message had inconsistent formatting—the letter “T” in “Happy Birthday” was oddly capitalized.Most concerning, the bottom layer of the cake was noticeably firmer and drier than the rest, making it unpleasant to eat.This cake was meant to be a special part of our family’s celebration, and at a price of $45, we expected a much higher standard. Instead, we were left disappointed and dissatisfied.I have taken photos of the cake to document these issues and would be happy to share them if needed. I hope you can understand our concern and let us know how this can be addressed.

I like this place but my recent uber eats order of a souffle cheesecake - and the whole process just fell off, almost foreboding. First the store sent the wrong items - things happen - so I contacted the support and placed a second order, paid for the faster delivery and it arrived in time. But unfortunately, upon opening the package, it seemed like the cake has way past its prime. The texture was noticeably off—it had become dry and crumbly, breaking into sandy chunks when sliced. The strawberries on top had darkened and dried out, losing their fresh appearance and moisture. While there wasn’t any strange smell yet, the overall look and texture gave the impression that it was no longer fresh. I didn’t feel comfortable letting the kids eating more than a bite. So quickly take it off after the the candles. I’d recommend checking the freshness date carefully or check explicitly with the stuff if you decide to get this.

I recently placed a custom treats order for Super Bowl Sunday and every part of my experience ending with delicious treats was a delight! The owner contacted me directly to place a custom order for sizes and flavors that were not available in the app and was gracious to modify the order when my plans changed due to weather. I have since ordered for Valentine’s Day, workplace and birthdays and each time, the talented team of Kavin, Yolanda, and Keith keep raising the bar and delivering amazing flavors and beautifully crafted donuts. When I arrived to pick up my order the in-store team was gracious and gave me an extra box so I could split the order with my friends. And finally the treats themselves… we had mochi donuts, supreme croissants, and mini donuts and happy to report we will definitely be ordering again!
