For this Cafe being very new just opening they have gorgeous pastries, food is delicious, the refreshers and smoothies are so good. Wonderful espresso. The cakes are spectacular!! They have wonderful catering options as well. The baristas are kind and patient. The owner is an amazing woman. I absolutely love this Cafe. People have to be patient nothing is perfect but the experience here is wonderful.

We stood in line to grab some pastries opening weekend. I’ve been to the Paris Baguette locations in Philly and NYC, so it’s exciting to have one here. I’m not sure why people are complaining about the service when it was opening weekend and everyone working there is new. When we were there late Saturday morning, the line was very orderly and the staff was attentive. Everything in our order was accurate, including the drinks. I wish people would be patient and understanding when leaving reviews for a brand new establishment. There are plenty of local businesses the impatient folks can patronize until the lines calm down. I’m grateful to have a Paris Baguette in town, especially with the early and late hours after all the other similar places are closed. It’s nice to have something of this caliber in Bethlehem. Thank you.

We were so lucky to attend the grand opening for family and friends—it was truly a treat! The place is absolutely fabulous, and the pastries are out of this world. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Lan Huge congratulations on a wonderful job!

Finally, a place that delivers on quality freshness taste. Yes, you expect you’re gonna pay more but everything so far we had was excellent, Unlike other places which charge so much and they don’t deliver on any quality or freshness it’s so frustrating.Cannot speak for drinks or sandwiches, which seemed more standard , but a few pieces of cake we had along with the pastries, fantastic.I’ll definitely go back.Try different things each time plenty to choose from. Very busy place, Hopefully, they open another one in the valley.I attached a few pictures unfortunately they ran out of boxes for the donuts that’s why they get messed up. They have to stock up more . At least go to the local restaurant supply store and get more even without their name on it customers deserve that.Also, the pastries were not overly sweet. The cakes were not overly sweet, which is what I liked a lot about them very light and fluffy.

I’ve been meaning to visit Paris Baguette ever since it opened in Northside Bethlehem, and I finally made it today—on my very last day in town. I couldn’t have asked for a better send-off. The pastries were absolutely incredible—everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. I genuinely loved every bite!I also want to give a big shoutout to Madison, who made the experience even more special. She was so attentive and kind, asking thoughtful questions to make sure everything was perfect. You could really tell she cared, and that kind of service makes all the difference.As a sweet bonus, I got a free pastry just for signing up on their app. It was such a lovely surprise! I’m already dreaming of the day I get to come back.
