Hands down one of my favorite bakeries in San Jose! I came 30 min before closing on a weekday and was surprised to see how many people were still coming in to get their Peters' Bakery fixes before they closed for the day. The burnt almond cake is my absolutely favorite because it's the perfect sweet treat that's also not overly sweet. I've gotten it in a full size cake form and also cupcake form which is nice cause I can still get my fix no matter how many people I'm catering to. There were other baked goods options that I will definitely try next time. The staff were also super friendly, nice, and speedy so I got in and out pretty quickly. Parking was easy-ish, but I can imagine it might be a little hard if it's super busy or if you come on the weekend.

My girlfriend had not been in this neighborhood in 30 years, and when she saw it still open and we had to stop.The place is small, and it was surprising to have to wait in line just to get in the door. It was not a long wait, but that says it all.Everything is delicious. The service is A1, and there is plenty of history.

1st time checking out this spot, and I must say it was quite a pleasant experience. Came here on a Saturday morning and there was a line with about 10 people. The inside looks nice and clean. The baked goods in the display look great! We got the infamous burnt almond cake and some other things. Will definitely come back to try other baked goods.
