★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This Portuguese bakery is an institution here in the town of Provincetown. Wonderful breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful baked goods of all kinds. Wonderful staff. It is a true classic. The inside café is simple, modest, and clean. If they are available, try the malassadas, a traditional Portuguese treat of deep fried though, dusted with sugar. Thank you to all the folks at the Portuguese bakery!
June 26 · Walker JVery clean authentic bakery with wonderful food and drinks! It is a bakery, not a restaurant so we didn’t expect it but they offer a few tables to sit and eat. We were taking a photo outside of it, and the gentleman working offered to take our family photo and every employee inside greeted us as well and bid us a farewell upon leaving. We will be coming back.
April 23 · Diamond ThurmanI wanted to live inside their pastries and eat my way out every day! So yummy! We tried 7 things....all were amazing although almond croissant almost had too much filling! Fried dough was so light! Custard was not too sweet. Cheddar and chive biscuit was perfect! Chai latte was yummy. Staff were so sweet even though they were getting on a rainy morning. It might be in tourist area but it's my fav bakery in Massachusetts now!
April 26 · Laura Rossier CarlinEven on a crazy busy Saturday during Bear Week with a line out the door, the staff was very friendly. The line moved very quickly and all of our pastries and coffee were great. I found the prices to be more reasonable than a lot of spots in town.
July 13 · Zachary RemingtonA place I would be proud to call my local if only I could. Lovely people, better food than many other options. The breakfast sandwiches are the best. Eggs cracked to order, your choice of breads griddled to order, several flavorful meat options, & cheese. Real food, real prices. So many other places in the cape skate by on tourist prices and mediocre food…not here.Diverse selection of pastries, coffee drinks, a handful of tables inside, but you can grab to-go quick, and enjoy a beautiful seaside seat. Will be back everyday I can be.
