Went in to grab a quick coffee and saw a small was 2.49$ when it rang up at 3.26$ the women whorling the register saw my confusion and mentioned French vanilla was an extra .50$Was quick service and the Coffee was great. But I’m very upset I didn’t see the fine print for the creamer. Guess I’ll be going to 7-11 for free creamer. I don’t like feeling tricked with pricing is the reason for the low review.

I got a rainbow bagel. It was burnt beyond recognition inside, literally black. It was that burnt. I went today and figured they would remedy it, and they gave me a new one. Great. I get home and it’s not cut in half and there’s no cream cheese even…. Nothing like a toasted rainbow bagel not cut with nothing inside lol so strange. Won’t be back. When I called to let them know the guy on the phone gave attitude and said he’d been here 25 years.. Slims has definitely gone down hill

Multiple times has the service here been pretty bad. Called in a toasted croissant with butter, when I picked up it wasn’t even ready and then he handed me a plain croissant not toasted or with butter. When mentioned to the male cashier he gave me an attitude and then charged me extra to add butter to my croissant. Fast forward, I called in for a pick up order. Not only was I placed on hold and then hung up on multiple times, when he finally answered he proceeded to say they were too busy to take my call. I drive past and the place is empty, no customers nobody doing anything. Will not be coming here anymore. They really need to hire new staff.

I paid $5 for a flat and hollow bagel with maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese? I’ve been coming here for a while and if my bagel isn’t burnt to a carcinogen, then it’s either the wrong cream cheese or just none at all.

This place went downhill. Got a bacon egg and cheese this morning. Was mostly bagel almost nothing of anything else. Plus the bagel is covered in some sort of oil on top. I’d prefer to not have my hands covered in crap when eating a sandwich. Definitely won’t be back here and this place needs to improve it this is how they make their sandwiches
