The young man had great customer service skills! It was very clean and cute inside. My cupcake was moist and fluffy (wedding cake) . My kids enjoyed their ice cream as well

This is a great place. I have no pictures because it was so good we ate our ice cream before I could snap a picture. We also got the small cakes in the jars. Everything had a great flavor and was very fresh! I’m not local but I’d order if they could ship up north. Great job!

Was in Charlotte for the weekend and stopped in to give it a try. My first time even hearing of this place, and the associate was very helpful with helping me pick a flavor. I ended up going with the pink vanilla, I think it’s called. From the first hold, it was the heaviest cupcake I’ve ever held, lol. The buttercream icing was perfect, not too sweet. The cupcake was very moist, and I was really scared it would be dry. Overall, I’d rate it a 10/10.

I came in last minute—just two days before my granddaughter’s birthday—seeking help for a customized Moana cake, and the owner went above and beyond to make it happen. He was so friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He jumped right in without hesitation and saved the day!When we picked up the cake, it was exactly what we asked for—beautifully done and absolutely perfect for the occasion. And the taste? So moist and delicious—you could taste the love baked into it.If you’re ever in need of a custom cake, or even just want to treat yourself to one of their specialty cupcakes or the most delicious ice cream around, I highly recommend stopping by Smallcakes. They’ve gained a loyal customer for life!

I’ve been going to Smallcakes in University Charlotte for years, and they never disappoint! The service is consistently amazing and everyone there is always so friendly.I picked up a cake today for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and they nailed it. It was exactly what I envisioned. Also, the quality was outstanding, and it was so affordable.
