The place was packed on a Monday morning. There were a bunch of people waiting in the lobby/ordering area. And they were clearly also getting a ton of mobile/delivery service orders.The staff was great - really on top of things.The food was fine - nothing too special. Minor gripe, but the bacon on my sandwich was not evenly layered - one half had a nice chunk, while the other half had none.The lobby and eating areas of the store were very tidy - especially considering how many people were in there. But the bathroom was a bit of a mess.

Nice atmosphere and clean. Manager was really helpful pulling an old receipt for a coworker. Best bagels in Baltimore. Different style than NY and quite an interesting variety of sandwiches.

I really want to like THB more than I do. The bagels are good and the variety is appreciated. I find that service/lack thereof and attitude take it all down a notch. Ordering is through a kiosk / computer and orders are then expedited by number. I ordered a diet Coke with my bagel sandwich, got the cup when they threw it up on the counter and went to the soda machine. All of the sodas were completely flat. When I went to the person behind the counter he said 'yeah that's been broken.' they charged me $2.65 for a soda that I couldn't even get. So my alternative was to get water or iced tea or coffee that I really had no desire for. No offer a refund. No putting a sign up on the soda machine. No altering the kiosk to prevent a person from buying soda. I also find the prices to be very high. I think I have pretty much given up on this place.

The absolute BEST GLUTEN FREE BAGELS ever!!!!! I have gotten a sandwich every time my grandchildren have a baseball game at the park next door to the Locust Point store. Soft chewy and come plain or everything seasoned.

THB Locust Point has the BEST bagels in the area! Whether you’re in the mood for a classic with cream cheese or something more adventurous, they never disappoint. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly toasted, and packed with flavor. It's the ideal spot for a delicious breakfast or brunch in Locust Point. Highly recommend giving them a try—you won’t regret it!
