July 13 · Matt SeidlerSad to leave a one star review but it’s been a long time coming. Today I ordered ahead 10 minutes before I got there. Got there and waited another 20 minutes after I told them my name and that I ordered over the phone. This is not the first time unfortunately and it wasn’t busy either. Plus my bagel was burnt when I finally got home and covered in pepper when I asked specifically for no pepper. Very disappointed in Bagel Tree over the years, but will just be making the extra drive to go to Hot Bagels for now on due Bagel Tree always getting my order wrong and the poor customer service.
May 03 · Cassidy MossI've been coming here on and off for the 6 years that I've lived in the area and this morning will probably be the last time. I order the exact same thing every time...bacon, egg, cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, ketchup and extra bacon. The order before this one I thought was a little light on the bacon, but I thought it was a one-off. This morning I ordered 3 and all three looked like the two I took pics of....no salt, pepper or ketchup and does this look like extra bacon??? So I get charged $24.00 for 3 sandwiches that have maybe 2 or 2 1/2 slices of bacon. If I wanted to get bent over, I would go to prison.
January 07 · Brian MortonNot the first time this has happened.. this is my salt bagel with jalapeño cream cheese lol clearly not cream cheese at all. If I had ordered a bagel with butter I’d be wondering where the butter is 🧐 skimpy. I had also repeated myself 2x because the person taking my order hear poppy seed not Salt 😒
September 13 · AshleyMy first and last time at this location. 6.28 for a disgusting medium coffee and a hard everything bagel with minimal cream cheese. The staff was fast but the food and drink was terrible.
