Forgot to take a picture until we already cut into it, but the cake was absolutely delicious and beautiful. My boyfriend ordered a marble cake for my birthday but unfortunately circumstances were tricky and it was short notice. The Bakery did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier! They even added coconut flakes to it as requested! First time I've had a freshly made bakery cake since I found out about my gluten and dairy allergy. Thank you so much!!! 💕

I have no words to describe how good a job Liz Skorski did decorating a custom vegan cake for my girlfriend's birthday. The design came out flawlessly as planned and everyone agreed it was delicious. She was so patient and receptive to all my design and logistical questions and she made magic with the execution of the end product.

If you have food sensitivities (and even if you don't) you need to visit The Bakery. Everything here is gluten-free, vegan, soy free (yay!) and nut free but tastes AMAZING. The kitchen is open-concept and everything is baked fresh on site. They use only natural dyes for decorated items and offer custom order cakes and cookies. My favorites are the muffins (especially lemon poppyseed), whoopie pies and chocolate chip cookies 🍪

LOVE it here! My aunt originally got rolls for thanksgiving from here and they were the best allergy friendly rolls I have ever had. I ended up placing an order for Christmas and I’m so happy I did! I am dairy and gluten free and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything. Everything tasted amazing and even had my husband asking me if it really was dairy free. Will definitely be back!

While I don’t require allergy sensitive food, members of my family do. It’s great to find a bakery that has eliminated ALL allergies and has them tasting great. (We brought them to a gathering and nobody could tell they were gluten, dairy, egg, and nut free!). The owner is wonderful and the shop is clean and bright. I will become a regular customer here.
