★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Says they don’t have paninis at 1pm? Why even have them on the menu then, and refused to take cash… also the employees were rude finishing conversations before even helping me.
June 01 · Claudia WilliamsWhat awful service. The women behind the counter just talked and talked but to then selves not to the customers. Watched them service an employee of the air port that was not in line before myself. Then someone that was after me received their food before I did because she forgot the food in the toaster. The food is fine for what it is. Did not expect more.
May 21 · Jeffrey DreyfussPoor customer service and ordering process is a nightmare; long lines and not moving fast. Food taste bad and do not recommend. Airplane food is better than this.
July 16 · VJVery rude and unprofessional service. Wish I had read these reviews before standing in line. The food was just acceptable, but they didn't ask me what kind of bread or toppings I wanted, or if I wanted it toasted. They either didn't answer questions at all or were very snarky.
March 30 · Sarah GThree stars because my bagel was delicious. Service? Eh.. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because the lines get long very fast. I walked around the food area of the terminal and it was empty, told my grandmother what they had and when I came back it was jam packed. They are unorganized, and unprofessional. Three people got their food before I did, which I didn’t mind *too* much because 1. I had a 6 hour layover and the orders were a tad simpler and less time consuming than mine (plain bagel or coffee orders) even though I just had a bagel and a bag of chips... and I understand they need to get the line going. But when she was making my bagel, she forgot to put bacon on it and thankfully remember and that added more time to my wait to microwave the bacon. Prices are what you’d expect for an airport. If you aren’t in a rush and you want a good bagel, get the Supreme Sunrise. It was really good and my food was hot.
