Well one of the best welcoming energy i have experienced in a long time the person working here sorry you name escapes me but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her products and the business history. Its the first one here go support there cookies are amazing they are just right not to sweet but perfect to the point you can enjoy a cookie without any after taste. Just very tasty. My daughter was having a day and after making dinner was disappointed that she had nothing for dessert and nothing to make dessert. I ordered cookies to be delivered to her and her roommates. It took a while for them to let me know how they were (I do not like the big chain cookies - so this was a risk) then I got a FaceTime with them mumbling at me with full mouths - these are the best cookies we’ve ever had and they are still warm!!Thank you for making three college roommates very happy - will definitely be ordering again!

I just got three dozen cookies from Tiff’s Treats in Melbourne I ordered through the Instacart restaurant app. They are so amazing! I can’t believe we tried 8 different types of cookies and one was better than the next. They are baked to order so they came warm and smelled incredible. Then we get to the taste, they are not overly sweet which is incredible because you can taste every single ingredient in each cookie. I have downed half a dozen carrot cake cookies I swear it’s the best cookie I’ve ever eaten. One of the best things is they are cooked all the way through and not raw like some franchise cookies. My hat is off to them, I don’t usually post things, but I felt this was worth talking about. I called to tell them how great I thought the cookies were and I want to give a shout out to Selena a lovely woman I spoke to on the phone.

Like 8/10 good! ⭐️Today, our experience took our perception of Tiff’s Trrats over the top. Brett welcomed us with the best customer service we’ve seen in a really long time. It was absolutely incredible. He was not only extremely welcoming, but recommended we join the Loyalty Program to earn more free things. Robin was another employee working today and she was also awesome.It’s an experience like this that took a really good cookie that I enjoyed occasionally and turned it into a place I’ll frequent, and spread the word about, because you want to see them do great!Thank you Tiff’s Treats for this experience!
