French-Asian Specialty:
The bakery successfully fuses the flaky richness of French patisserie (croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes) with the unique, subtle sweetness of Korean baking (like **Red Bean Bread**, **Sweet Rice Donuts**, and special cloud cakes).Lighter Sweetness Profile:
The use of traditional Korean baking methods often utilizes less butter and sugar than typical American recipes, appealing to customers who "avoid sweet desserts and pastries because of the intense amount of sugar," as one review highlighted. The balanced sweetness is a massive selling point.Iconic Cloud Cakes:
A major signature item, these light, airy, and fluffy Korean-style cakes are offered in flavors like **Strawberry Cloud Cake**, **Mango Cloud**, and **Earl Grey Cloud**, representing a must-try alternative to heavy American cakes.Savory and Meal Options:
The bakery goes beyond sweets with a robust sandwich and savory menu, featuring items such as **Jalapeño Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwich**, **Tuna Salad Sandwich**, and the unique **Kimchi Croquette**, making it a viable stop for lunch or a full breakfast.Exceptional Staff Picks:
Items like the **Strawberry Croissant** are often labeled as staff favorites, indicating a high-quality product that resonates with both employees and customers, further promoting trust in the menu selections.Specialty Beverages:

---When Charlotte residents are choosing a bakery, selecting Tous les Jours means opting for a destination that provides a distinct experience that a standard patisserie cannot match. The worth of choosing this establishment comes down to three compelling, fact-based reasons: global flavors, quality focus, and dining versatility.
The most significant factor is the **Flavor Innovation and Balance**. You are choosing a place that masterfully combines the buttery flakiness of French pastry with the subtle, often fruit- or bean-based, sweetness of Korean desserts. As noted by customers, the desserts here have "the right amount of sweetness," appealing directly to a health-conscious or simply discerning palate that seeks flavor over an intense sugar rush. This unique fusion means you can enjoy the familiarity of an **Almond Croissant** alongside the novelty of a **Taro Cream Bread** in the same visit.
Next is the **Artistry and Freshness Guarantee**. The French translation of the name, "every day," is a literal promise that products are baked fresh daily, ensuring superior taste and quality. Their cakes are frequently praised for their visual appeal and light texture, particularly the **Cloud Cakes** and specialized items like the **Strawberry Cream Cake** mentioned in reviews. Choosing Tous les Jours is choosing a product made with care and commitment to the highest quality, often using lighter **crème fraiche** instead of heavy buttercream in their cakes, which sets them apart locally.
Finally, the **Comprehensive Café Experience** makes it an excellent choice for any time of day. This is not just a takeout spot; it's a full-service café offering **Breakfast** and savory items, comfortable **Dine-in** amenities, and a truly extensive **Coffee and Specialty Beverage** menu. The fact that the **iced caramel macchiato** is hailed as "amazing" by a customer indicates the beverage program is as strong as the bakery itself. For locals, this means the location on Piedmont Row Dr serves as a multipurpose hub: a bakery, a coffee shop, and a brunch spot, all in one stylish, accessible location. Though parking can be a slight hurdle, the reward is a delightful, international dessert and coffee experience that keeps Charlotte locals returning "every day."

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ll start off with the coffee is amazing! I ordered the 20oz iced caramel macchiato. I love matcha and they had a few different matcha options that I’d love to try in the future. I also ordered the spinach & cheese danish. They serve it warm and it tastes very good but it’s kind of small in comparison to other spinach danishes that I’ve had, and it costs more.I also ordered a lemon macaron. Pretty large for a macaron! I love the texture but it was too tart. Not a huge fan of the flavor but I’m sure the other macarons are good. And they have a large variety to include pistachio, red velvet, and earl grey.Parking is very difficult. I drove around multiple times and to even park in their lot is hard because it is so tiny. And I paid $17 for a coffee, danish, and macaron which really should’ve been a few dollars less.
June 07 · Shaelyn HenleyWhat a lovely bakery! My family and I visited when we were looking for something sweet that was in close proximity to our hotel. We got a caramel apple pie, slice of cloud cake, strawberry cream cake and a strawberry croissant. Everything was delicious and baked to perfection. I usually avoid sweet desserts and pastries because of the intense amount of sugar but these had the right amount of sweetness for me. I can see why the strawberry croissant was labeled as one of the staff's favorite. The staff was friendly and helpful.
April 15 · Laterria PattonTous Les Jours is always a treat! This time I tried the matcha tea cheesecake and an iced tea- both were delicious. The vibe here is out of this world-cozy, lively, and perfect for catching up with friends or just chilling solo. Always love stopping by whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend!
May 14 · Ankit ChainaniFrench-Asian Bakery Heaven! 🥐✨Okay wow — this place totally blew us away. It’s like a dream combo of French and Asian flavors, and we wanted to try everything on the menu.📍 The Place:Super cute and clean, very aesthetic with all the white tones. There’s a cozy spot by the windows that’s perfect if you’re flying solo with a coffee, plus a second floor if it gets busy.Pro tip: maybe avoid sitting in a spot near the microwave — not the best seat in the house.🍰 The Goods:We tried like 7 different things because... why not?Blueberry Cloud Cake: SO good. Light, fresh, fluffy, not too sweet, and honestly just gorgeous to look at.Pink Bread (not the real name, but you’ll know it when you see it): I loved this one — the filling was super soft and just hit the spot. Also tried:Mango Donut: filled with mango cream — yum.Sweet Frank Roll: a fun little bun with sausage inside — Good!Croque Monsieur: cheesy, warm, and super satisfying. That cheese sauce was chef’s kiss.Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread: decent, but probably my least favorite of the bunch.👀 The Service:Really friendly and quick! We got our order fast, and everyone was super nice.🚗 Parking: there is not parking lot, so you’ll need to find street parking or a nearby lot.Would totally go back.
April 13 · Mich CamWe had a terrible experience with this bakery on July 2nd between 1-4 pm. Our manager was rude and unapologetic. We’ve ordered cakes from here many times and have always had a nice experience. However, this time, they made a huge mistake. They gave us a small cake instead of the large cake we ordered, and they charged us for a medium cake instead of the small cake we received. It’s a 1-hour drive back and forth from our house, and this ruined my daughter’s birthday. The manager refused to admit their mistake and wouldn’t even say their name. We could only reach their extension number, which ended with 0969.We will definitely never buy from this bakery again.
