I’m sure it was longer for opening!!Despite the wait there were things in the cabinets and new things coming out as I waited for my turn!!I have celiac, and a soy and latex allergy.I advised them of this when I got to the counter. And the only potential concern was with a sauce for their pulled pork sandwich. But upon checking they had change suppliers and all was good !!They have 2 savory sandwiches for that day. I chose the pulled pork sandwich. It was melt in the moth amazing! And the bun was light and floofy as a bun should be!! 🎉🎉On the sweet side…. Soooooo many options, but I went with the blueberry turnover! And again! Light, flaky, melt in your mouth!!I heard that they have a butter croissant on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday. I was there on Saturday, but the didn’t have any that day.All the more reason to travel back that way!Make the trip! Even if you aren’t on the way! It’ll be worth your time!!

The owners and workers are the most kind human beings and truly care about your experience here. I was beyond excited and may have ordered almost one of everything they had left & when I’m telling you not a single item wasn’t OUTSTANDING. This place is a staple in the community and I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. Being celiac absolutely sucks and Valleys Bakery makes it suck just a little less :)10/10 on everything about this placeI’ve been screaming from the roof tops about them since visiting and don’t expect to stop any time soon.The peace of mind enjoying delicious food is achievable once again.Please don’t hesitate to come here and support this beautiful small business they deserve every single blessing coming their way.
