- The Famous Almond Croissant: A fan favorite described by reviewers as flaky, generously sized, and filled with a delicious almond cream, then coated with sliced almonds and dusted with powdered sugar. Available in both a classic Almond Croissant ($6.45/$8.35) and a Chocolate Almond Croissant ($6.45/$8.35) variety.
- The Unique Kouign Amann: Often highlighted as a signature item, this pastry, which translates to "butter cake," is a crispy, caramelized version of a croissant. It is highly recommended in its traditional ($7.05) form, or with a rich Chocolate Kouign Amann ($7.75) filling, and even a Seasonal Kouign Amann ($7.75) option.
- Artisan Sourdough Breads: The bakery’s foundation is its handcrafted bread. The Sourdough Boule ($7.45/$9.75) is a staple, but be sure to try the distinctive Meyer Lemon Boule ($7.95/$10.25), a rosemary and Meyer lemon sourdough loaf that offers a unique, refreshing flavor.
- Hearty Savory Croissants: Beyond the sweet selections, the savory options are perfect for a midday meal. Customer favorites include the classic Pain Au Jambon ($5.95/$7.75) (ham and Gruyère cheese), and the popular Bacon, Cheddar And Jalapeño Croissant ($5.95/$7.75).
- Traditional French Specialties: The menu features authentic French staples like the Pain Au Chocolat ($5.45/$7.00), the rum and vanilla flavored Canelé De Bordeaux ($4.95/$6.50) with its caramelized crust, and the classic Jambon Beurre sandwich ($10.95/$14.25).

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was a pleasure to stop by this area early on a Thursday morning for coffee and some goodies. Everything was delicious. I would recommend the bacon cheese croissant and the almond croissant! We had a great, relaxing and comfortable experience.
August 21 · Lee HuynhThe strawberry croissants are divine and the service from JENNIFER specifically (though I applaud the whole team) is even more superior. Good people making and sharing even better baked goods. I’ll also throw in the fruit tart as an honorable mention—they NAIL that pastry crust without it being too crumbly, hard, or sweet. Well done, Village! Stop in when you can!
June 29 · MariahPhenomenal pastries! We got the almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and blueberry scone and all of them were so fresh, flakey, and delicious. Will definitely be back for more!Update: Visited again and ordered a honey latte this time. It was delicious, especially for a place that specializes in pastries not coffee. They have matcha on the menu too which I would like to try.
August 06 · Karolyn HollowayWe were initially excited to try this place for the first time, but our experience quickly took a turn when we discovered a large live fly inside the bag of bread we were given. I returned it immediately and was provided with a replacement, which I appreciated. However, what truly unsettled me was the lack of concern from the staff member at the counter. Her dismissive attitude made the situation feel even more unappetizing, and ultimately, I lost my appetite. Will not return.
July 17 · Jasmine VegaVillage Baking Company is such a cute spot! It’s super reasonably priced—two coffees and a cookie for just $11? Absolute steal. Super friendly workers too.The shop itself is cozy and inviting, with so many delicious-looking pastry options to choose from. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. This place is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!
