Was in the area for an event with my wife and toddler and we decided to check this place out. There are plenty of parking spaces which made it convenient traveling with a little kid. I ordered lox on a bagel with scallion cream cheese, tomato, and onions and my wife and kid shared a rainbow bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese (first bagel shop I’ve been to that had this combination but it was great.) Our bagels were delicious. The bagels aren’t super dense and thick but very light and fluffy. My 2 year old kept asking for more bites and she typically doesn’t really enjoy eating bagels from previous experiences. All to say we had a very pleasant experience and if we lived in the area we would come here more regularly. Would definitely check it out!

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely the slowest and least organized bagel shop in town. The individuals fulfilling delivery orders are downright awful. I waited nearly an hour for a GrubHub order to be picked by a driver. My driver arrived on time & was told the order wasn't started until the driver arrived. I ordered two sandwiches, two drinks and two cookies. How in the world does that require 45 min to prepare? 🤔If this place cannot handle the volume of online deliveries they need additional staff or should not subscribe to multiple delivery apps.Futhermore, I had a similar experience in person. Seems like many of the clerks wander back and forth aimlessly when the line of customers is out the door. The Management needs to do a better job here. Hire motivated people and shed the wandering zombies behind the counter.

This has been one of the best bagel stores that I ever tasted but lately I’ve noticed that the bagels are very very chewy. They’re not like the original bagels where they have like a soft inside with a nice little hardness to the crust very like it’s bubblegum chewing like bubblegum. I don’t know what’s going on, but definitely notice the difference and I hate brown eggs. I don’t know if they understand what scrambled soft eggs mean, but it doesn’t mean give me brown well-done eggs.

They're always busy but for good reasons. They are somewhat expensive as well. My favorite however is their yogurt parfait, their chunky chicken salad, and they make delicious peach tea and great breakfast sandwiches.

One of my biggest pet peeves if I get an everything bagel is when the bagel is naked. Apparently the bagels I shared photos of are what this place calls everything.I ordered on door dash and even specified that I wanted bagels with a lot of seasoning on them. They might as well have given me plain bagels. Also, one of the bagels I got is egg everything when I asked for regular everything.The bagel also tastes very bland.The eggs and hash browns were good though.Please stop serving naked everything bagels.
