The bride wanted a strawberry cake that didn’t taste artificial. All questions I asked about her protocol for keeping the cake totally gluten free. And safe for all those of us with celiac diseas she answered all questions to my satisfaction. The cake was amazing it was beautiful and tasted so good. No one knew it was gluten free. It fed a lot of people that attended the wedding. It was strawberry cake with a lemon curd filling and strawberry cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting it was so good many went back for a second slice. I have also had gluten free bread from whole hearted bakery which is amazing. So light and fluffy. I can eat it straight from the bag no toasting necessary if you know you know. I will use whole hearted bakery again for my family’sbskery needs and wants. Thank you whole hearted bakery for making my son and his wife’s wedding day so memorable. the cake is in my freezer waiting for their first anniversary but they been warned it may not make it the year. It may disappear.
