Reply to company response: While we appreciate the thought of you “making it right”, for us it’s just not worth driving all the way back down for a refund for cookies. We did not enjoy them and that is the whole point of this business is the cookies. We are welcome to have our opinions and I’m excited that you have a market that enjoys your products. I do however feel as though I have given a fair rating based on my experience. Since I’m in the minority of people who don’t like your cookies, I’m sure your small business will continue to thrive 🙂The customer service was nice and the store was clean. The cookies however were not good. There was a strange flavor with them all that my wife and I couldn’t figure out. We ended up just tossing them away. We prefer Insomnia cookies for sure.

I ordered several dozen cookies for a bridal shower. When I got them home I realized the date was wrong on the cookies I had the wedding date put on. Totally my fault! I dodnt realize the wrong date was on the receipt. I called the afternoon before the shower and they said just bring them up here and we will see what we can do. They were able to scrape off the wrong number and put on the correct number in just a few minutes and you could not even tell! The service I got to correct my mistake was unbelievable!! Oh and the cookies looked and tasted amazing!!
