Alameda Bakery Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For residents of Hialeah and those passing through West Miami-Dade County, **Alameda Bakery** stands as a local, dedicated bakery specializing in the heart of traditional Cuban and Latin American baked goods. It is a neighborhood cornerstone known for providing those essential, authentic flavors that so many in South Florida crave. From the signature Cuban bread (Pan Cubano) that forms the foundation of great sandwiches to the beautifully crafted, custom cakes that define celebrations, Alameda Bakery focuses purely on the art of baking.
The bakery's core mission centers on delivering a high-quality product in a fast, efficient manner, making it the perfect destination for a necessary treat or a quick morning stop. As a dedicated **Bakery**, its offerings lean heavily into fresh-baked pastries, large celebration cakes, and savory items that pair perfectly with morning **Coffee** or for a fulfilling **Breakfast** meal. While one customer highlights a fantastic experience with a custom **Winnie the Pooh cake**—noting the staff's ability to take their ideas and execute them beautifully—another customer noted an unsatisfactory experience with a breakfast order and a payment issue. This indicates that while the bakery shines in creative cake design and core Cuban items, customers should communicate their exact order preferences clearly to ensure the best possible experience, particularly during busy hours.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I asked for eggs and bacon…they gave me eggs and a slice of some sort of lunch meat with French fries. Then I have a visa gift card with $300 that I got for Christmas and they didn’t want to take it…and gave me no reason as to why. I think they just didn’t want to accept it because of my race tbh. They asked me to pay cash and I said I could pay with Apple Pay…I almost never carry cash. It was a very weird encounter and I will never return. I didn’t get what I asked for.
January 07 · Danielle McPhersonI love the winnie the pooh cake. They did for my mother birthday. I took my ideas to them, and they made it beautiful. 💙💙🥰🎂🎂🍰🍰

July 11 · Claudio RodriguezTheir food is great. The cakes I have got from this place were 4/5. The cookies are Cuban cookies. You can even get breakfast here now.The only thing that I strongly disliked from going here is that I have had their employees correcting my Spanish. Although, the words I was using was correct Spanish.Regardless, that experience occurred numerous of times so that is why this place got 4/5.Edit:Limited space and their food is stale
March 25 · Kim GomezBreakfast special is good. The folks working there are usually attentive and always friendly. Didn't give 5 stars because I've gone a few times. It's more like a "not yet". But so far, so good.
