★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wow. Best Baklava Ever.I originally came here just to try their croissants, which I saw on Instagram Reels — and they did not disappoint! Every croissant I tried was incredibly buttery and perfectly crisp with beautiful layers. But the highlight of my first visit was definitely the baklava. It was absolutely fantastic — the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be coming back just for that. Also, the person at the front who helped with packing and payment was very kind and friendly. Great experience overall!
June 21 · Sally NamI have to say, this is the best baklava I’ve ever had—though I’ll admit, I’m no expert. Based on the few samples I’ve tried in the States, this one stands out as my favorite. It’s far from one-dimensional; there’s a beautiful balance of texture, layered flavor, and just the right touch of sweetness. The croissant, too, was impressive—crisp on the outside, chewy within, and perfectly complemented by the pistachio cream.Note on my rating scale: Sharing this for transparency, as I recognize that a 3-star review may be misinterpreted as reflecting a mediocre experience.5 stars – Exceptional: Outstanding food, service, and/or overall experience. Truly worth going out of your way for. (For example, we frequently make the drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)4 stars – Very Good: Exceeds expectations in quality, service, or ambiance.3 stars – Good: A solid experience that meets expectations. I consider any place with 3 stars or above worthy of a return visit.2 stars – Disappointing: Falls short in food quality or service.1 star – Poor: Not recommended.
September 13 · BK YowsersBest croissants that we have eaten in Seattle area, the fillings are not too sweet, very creamy and tender. Baklava is very authentic, reminds of the Turkish ones!
August 02 · Igor ȚurcanuFinally had a chance to stop by Alida’s and glad I did. The staff was very friendly and they had so many croissants to choose from. The cherry croissant was delicious. Very flakey light. And their baklava is the best I’ve ever had. I must have arrived at the perfect time because it was nice and warm with plenty of honey. Will definitely be back!
