If you still think that’s it is not important who is working in your team, visit this branch and enjoy every minute of experience there since you enter shop until you receive order. The sales man greets you with smile and sharing amazing mood to enjoy the food and you ready to buy everything what he will advice you. Anyways 10 stars for service experience which is starts from him and end with 1 minute for receiving order. As always amazing fresh Cinnabon and we first time try pretzels it is really good would love to go back again!

Highly recommend this place! I walked in today and was greeted at the door by Jenna. I ordered two salted pretzels and a cinnamon pretzel. She let me know it would take a few minutes to make the salted pretzels, and although she already had a cinnamon one ready, she offered to make me a fresh one along with the salted, which I really appreciated! Jenna was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I’ve been to this location multiple times and am always greeted with warm smiles by all the workers. The food is consistently fresh, and the staff makes sure everything stays clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been in about three times since it’s opening. Each time I’ve come there is different staff but always the same welcoming and accommodating energy. And food is always fresh!

The fast food restaurant is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. It is part of a franchise with multiple locations. They sell various pretzels, Cinnabon pastries and drinks. The location is small and customers have no tables for dining in. I ordered a pretzel and an iced coffee. Both were very good and service was quick. Friendly and helpful staff.

Such a rich and warm atmosphere! I visited the store 10 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh (Typically coming that late causes you to receive stale food). I was greeted with warm smiles and received patience as I took time to review the menu before ordering. The sales associates were kind and energized. The aroma of cinnamon sugar leaves you wanting to purchase more. I love the open kitchen, this allows you to see the cleanliness of the food prep. When in Brooklyn this is a must go-to.
