Came by to grab something new to try. Had the Oreo nuggets, it was delicious.As the gentleman squeezing the icing cream onto the Nuggets , I mentioned to him I don’t want it overly sweet than he stopped after the first round of the icing, his service was very accommodating.Reviewed by IG@WineDinenVacay

Horrible customer service from the guy working there. From the start he had an attitude like he was sick of being there and didn't want to interact with anyone. When I ordered I pointed at the thing I wanted from the sign next to the guy and read him the exact name underneath the picture. The guy then proceeds to give me something different. I tell him that's not what I wanted and he starts giving my attitude about how what I wanted isn't called what I said. I told him that that's exactly what the sign says it's called and that I even pointed at it and he just blows me off continuing with the attitude saying he doesn't care what the sign says and that I'm wrong. I excused myself and left.

I gave 2 stars because when the App works I love it but lately have more problems than it's worth. I could NOT redeem on glitchy technology that times out when you get to counter. Called customer service and they would not put another coupon in my account. I had 3 coupons in there and 2 are lost. What is the purpose of accumulating points when you cant use them? You take my money, give me points and then can't access when time comes. Thanks for nothing!I wish I could go back to the days when paper coupons were used. Wasted, time and gas to get here really pissed .

My 3 year old daughter dropped her pretzel bites just steps away from the store and they refused to replace the order. Maria says that’s the policy the manager told her to follow. What a terrible policy that left my child crying all the way home. There’s business and then there’s just being a decent human being. A terrible experience from a place I typically love.
