• There's really just something about a bakery that gets to my heart. The display of freshly baked things, the smells, watching the magic unfold as piles of pillowy dough are worked before becoming delightful loaves of bread. B's Bake Shoppe is the kind of place that has made sourdough bread and other treats a staple in Canby and my heart is happy for that. I stopped by the other day for lunch and to check out the newly expanded dining space. Lots of room to enjoy your time, and even have a lunch date or meeting at spacious tables. You’ll find a great lunch menu featuring their in-house bread, but also breakfast items and an espresso menu. I ordered the tomato soup and a chicken salad sandwich. It was all so good! The chicken salad was perfect. Not too gooey (from mayo, you know?), and had the perfect balance of flavor from what I thought was tarragon and fennel. Sometimes chicken salad can have too much red onion, but this was a fantastic balance with tiny diced pieces rather than giant hunks. The iced latte I had was also perfect. It's worth the stop...and do take home a loaf of freshly baked bread.

• What an awesome experience we had here! Freshly baked bread, different selection each day of the week, home made ice cream, amazing pastries and other deserts. I tried the chocolate affogato, brownies, and the honey rosemary biscuit and all three were incredible. Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, and items weee reasonably priced. There is a lot of seating and plenty of street parking. Go here!

• I just stumbled on this place while in Canby and got one of the best breakfast sandwich ever! Fresh, light but filling and so delicious! I didn't get coffee this time but it smelled so good, I won't pass on next time. Friendly staff and great environment.

• They must have changed the recipe on the sticky buns. Missed the buttery flavor. It was good but not as it was before. I received a rude reply so I think I offended the owners. I have not stopped by in the last 4 months . I was trying to stay out of customers way while I was waiting for my order. My order was not that big of a deal it was just a little different. I will not be stopping by for Aloha Produce only for my personal purchases. Sorry I offended you with my rating.

• I'm in Canby maybe every other week and I have to say I could live off of the olive sourdough loaf you all make on fridays.The breakfast biscuit sandwich is packed with a lot of proteins and you all are the first of 30+ bakeries I've been to that actually make a mocha cake taste like coffee, instead of the idea of coffee (I love it so much).You also have one of the best gluten free brownies I've tried with my wife who has a wheat allergy.Everyone that I've interacted with that works here has been very pleasant, even the time I walked in as a 'Dirty Peasant' during the Oregon Ren Faire.
