Honestly i usually love coming here but this morning was just disappointing, i ordered a byoo n got egg whites with turkey n other toppings I specifically asked the person taking my order if they can let who ever is cooking it to please scramble everything together because usually they put the meat right on top I also got a buttered whole wheat bagel toasted.The turkey was not scrambled in and when I got home they gave me a dry whole wheat bagel..like cmon I didn’t even ask for anything crazy this is just disappointing.

Food tasted really good and fresh. All the employees were nice. My only complaint, which I have with most places, is that they never do the one thing I ask--please toast my bagel very very dark. B.e.c. do not taste good to me if the bagel isn't toasted super dark. They gave me a barely toasted egg everything. Had they done what I asked, I would have easily given 5 stars.

The establishment itself is clean; the layout beautiful. Customer service is straight up garbage. The bagels are tasty but if you get a bacon egg and cheese the quality all depends on who’s chefing it up. The price is outrageously high for mediocre food. It’s in a prime location so it’s a bit disappointing.

My initial reaction was what a cute place until after I ordered I noticed only 1 person cooking in the back & 4 employees at the front = why?. No napkins = gross and female staff member got an attitude with me because THEY did NOT have any.Got home ate 1/2 of my meal which had no flavor except for the overwhelming taste of salt.I tried it and shall never return.
