Great food ,they make the best breakfast sandwiches in a town so far ,customer service is good , bacon egg and cheese on a bagel is on point ,Their sandwiches isnt dry and completely soft when biting it. They also have healthy options

First time here... won't be my last! Food is fresh. The staff is very nice. Orders come out quickly. Ate here with the family and they all enjoyed it.Bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel is how I rate these places... I know that's simple... but they did it very well.

Shout out to the staff at Bagel Buffet hackensack! They made me a custom grilled sandwich that my mother would make for me way back in the day and they nailed it! Some places just stick to the routine orders and get funny when you ask for something custom. But they welcomed the idea an executed! Thank you!

I had the worst experience today. I always get my breakfast sandwich from there after the gym. It's next door.. convenient.. however today I went to get my sandwich and my friend order. After i spent $35 on 2 sandwiches idk why.. I cant even type that's how upset I am. My peanutbutter n jelly sandwich.. I ate some of it and I noticed it didn't have jelly. The old lady said well u ate half of it and said give me that piece I'll put jelly in it. And I called the manager and the manager didn't do anything! I didn't wanna start my day upset so I left.. I left the rest of the food and I left to continue my day and make it better. I'm not gonna let an old lady that has no common sense nor manners to ruin my day.
