False advertising. Overpriced food. Incompetent staff. No pumpkin cream cheese for the pumpkin bagels and no baked apples even when I inquired about them. Cashier didn't say they were out of the cream cheese until I asked how much the bagel was with it. If you're out of the product you should take DOWN the sign!

Wow! This used to be my go to bi weekly on the way to work. The bagels today were small and hard and even if they were the most spectacular bagels ever to grace AH……17 bucks for two bagels and two small, flavored cream cheese is wild!
