- Customer Service Concerns: Some staff interactions have been described as less than friendly, which can impact the overall experience. While there are positive interactions, consistency in this area seems to be a challenge.
- Product Quality Issues: Feedback has pointed to a perceived decline in the quality of the bagels themselves, with one customer suggesting a "new recipe." Other items, like the chocolate croissant, were noted to have very little filling.

June 15 · Brendan EdgertonThis place needs a complete overhaul. I went here recently and my experience was SO disappointing. Bagel Mill has really gone downhill from what it used to be especially the bagels themselves. I went in with my dad around 11:00 AM and right off the bat things did not start well. Many bagels were sold out or low in stock, how could this be ? why are the bagels not properly stocked and it's not even midday yet ? The girl taking our order was not very nice and when my dad tried to order something that they didn't have on the menu anymore she cut him off and was like "um we don't have that." and so we were kind of just like"okay ...." and continued ordering. Then the next problem, the staff is very disorganized, and I mean very. The girl who took our order stopped taking orders then started making a bagel, but it wasn't an order she was making no, she was making it for herself and then walked away to some other room for several minutes. No one else was taking orders at the moment until someone else stepped in but it caused people in line to wait longer than usual. It appeared that they were making orders out of order, which further proves that operations there are disfunctional. The food was also being made in a microwave but the way things were being done was so disorganized that food was getting put back in the microwave multiple times I found this to be dissatisfying because I thought this was a real breakfast sandwich place. And the bagels themselves are truly not what they used to be, a new recipe (one with more salt for sure) is needed IMMEDIATELY I'm not even joking. The wait time had my dad and I questioning whether or not we wanted to stay to actually receive our bagels. It took 25 minutes for our bagel breakfast sandwiches to be ready and we only ordered three, that is too long of a wait in my opinion. The only positive part of the experience was that when the order was ready the girl who gave it to me (different girl) did so with a smile and she made sure everything was in the bag and that my order was correct, so for that I will give a few brownie points. However, other than that, I unfortunately do not have any highlights to note, it really was a poor experience. I may be only 21, but even I can tell that this business needs some serious changing. I hope others will heed my warning and not visit this establishment until major improvements are made. I hope Bagel Mill can become good bagel shop again one day.
July 14 · Leanna CaracappaDislikes:1.coffee. Iced coffee only comes in one size and honestly isn’t worth it for $6! Not enough ice in the iced mocha for the hot espresso and it was over chocolates. Ended up purchasing a plain iced coffee so I could blend my mocha with proper amounts of ice and coffee so $10 total.2. The temperature inside was oddly cold3. Overpriced day old bagels. $7 for a bag of leftovers is very odd. What I did like:The food was very good. Plenty of cream cheese on my egg bagel. Nice balance of sausage egg and cheese on my spinach one.The service was also great! Young and kinda shy staff makes it wholesome and easy to talk to. PLEASE TIP THEM folks!
March 26 · Lydia CooperGot 6 bagels Saturday and some cream cheese. Super awkward interaction with the girl working there she just stared at me until I said hi can I get some bagels and then I take one out of the bag to eat today and there’s a long dark hair UNDERNEATH the onion. This is disgusting and I’ll never go back.
February 02 · Lanette MI’m sorry to have to add my own negative review of Bagel Mill. I’ve been going there for years. I was looking up the phone number and read a number of bad reviews but went anyway. I pre-ordered a dozen chocolate chip bagels and got home to discover half of them were made with whole wheat dough and half with the normal white dough. My mother brought them back and the manager made excuses and denied it was whole wheat dough. (I know the smell of whole wheat and it WAS whole wheat dough!) The manager was unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. I will not be going back there. They had their opportunity to provide good customer service and they didn’t do it.
