Bought a bacon egg cheese fried on poppy bagel.. The bagel WASNT COOKED raw with YEAST, the bacon RAW and called up the First Lady was VERY VERY nice and said sorry and went and FELT THE poppy seed bagels and admitted the bagels were undercooked then asks if want to come back for a new one lol, I asked her “would you want to go to back to a place where you just bit into a raw bagel with yeast and raw bacon and threw up?” She answered “no I wouldn’t honestly” She asked if want to talk to manager and I say yes please, THE LADY ON PHONE TELLS ME WE DONT COOK THE BACON WHEN MAKE SANDWICH ITS COOKED IN MORNING AND SITS, which means UNDERCOOKED BACON (Pork) HAS BEEN Sitting for HOURS... only NASTY RUDE and $12 for an egg sandwich is RIDICULOUS I usually only get their overpriced fruit bowl but only place open at 6 am by me that sells fruit, she wouldn’t even let me speak and Then tells me “I need to bring in the sandwich back TOMORROW” when they know me IM THERE MAYBE 4-5 times a week and I told her AND THEY KMOW because I’ve been walking with a cane at 32 years old and I’m there before they even get there to open AND JUST HAD SURGERY , so I need to keep raw meat and yeast in my house UNTIL TOMORROW TO PROVE IT according to her name “damzi” I NEVER DO THIS AND IM GLAD NEW YORK IS A ONE PARTY CONSENT TO RECORD PHONE CALLS BECAUSE I HAVE THE WHOLE CALL because wouldnt believe it if it wasn’t lol.. Wish could post videos here.. Readinng other reviews I ALREADY KNOW everyone talking about the rude woman HAS TO BE HER... She doesn’t work when opens at 5 am..MY DOG WOULDNT EVEN EAT THE BACON..here’s your “proof damzi” and I’ll bring in the sandwich later fresh off acL surgery because maybe you like to keep raw meat and yeast in your fridge but I like to not hold raw bacon and yeast with my fresh food

Cutest bagel shop we just discovered today! Ümit and Busra were very friendly and delivered us the most delicious toasted bagels and coffee. Can’t wait to try other options next time.

Ordered a hungryman with well done bacon and over easy eggs, got home no bacon on the sandwich. Go back to have them remake it, get home no over easy eggs. Staff is really nice but foods not worth it.

If you're gonna STILL charge $10.16 for a bacon egg and cheese after egg prices already went down, atleast make it stacked. Hook it up with some more bacon or something man what a rip off.

The pictures say it all. We ordered delivery. Two of these same bagels were ordered. Barely any cream cheese and only on 1 side. This was an everything w/cream cheese, bacon & jalapeños ~ $10-11 each. It's advertised as 6 slices of bacon on the menu. There were maybe 3 slices, cut into halves. Trying to support local becomes challenging when this is what's they're sending out. Hopefully, they will work on quality and execution.
