THE GREATEST CINNAMON ROLL IN THE AREALake Ave AND Brookfield could both take MAJOR Lessons from this location. I go out of my way here to get actual glazed cinnamon rolls instead of sprinkled ones like the others.I mean, look at this pic. Enough said.

i love bagleman and order from here all the time. unfortunately today my food was not even edible! i spent $12 on a chicken cutlet sandwich just for the chicken to be so tough i couldn’t eat it! i couldn’t even rip it apart, can’t believe they were even able to cut it. just a waste of my $$update: got avocado toast today and it laughable that they didn’t put all the ingredients! i use to love them but i’m really starting to get pissed! top pic is what it shows on the app with a list of the ingredients bottom pic is what i got! just avocado and 3 tomatoes 😡

Ask for scrambled eggs, so overcooked they were inedible. Very dry. No salt and pepper or butter which I ordered and payed extra for. Just cheap oil and sadness😒💔Beware. It's only $0.50 but I asked for a small fry that was labeled $3 on the visual LCD menu boards watching it rung up on the pos display it said 3.50. I brought it to the manager and the cashier's attention. Neither of them seem surprised and they both told me I'd be paying the $3.50 if I wanted the fries. Then they use the excuse that the board needed to be updated which is complete BS because it's just as easy to update the menu board as it is to update the cashier system. It's the kind of fraud you do when you think your customers are stupid. Please somebody open a place around here that makes fresh bagels and values customers. I'm sure you would do wellUpdate They still cant cook or take orders in 2025. They have started charging almost 10 dollars for breakfast sandwiches

The bagel Man that I go to is in Danbury in Pandanaram Road. This is the one close to me. I have been very patient with them, they have this policy where they can exchange your food if it’s wrong where is the customer service that you guys have? Where is the training of these managers , but if my item is wrong, you guys should be able to change it. how is it that I waste my money there and they cannot exchange my sandwich. This is the second time this happened to me and enough is enough. This is what the manager told me because I ordered that sandwich. They cannot exchange that I’m allergic to pork and she said she cannot exchange that.I had to throw away my sandwich and buy another one. what kind of service is this?

Recently ordered catering from this location. Order was ready to pick up before I even made it to the store. Great customer service they made sure to check if everything was there and even helped bring it to my car. Will definitely be coming back!
