★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We went in the last hour they were open, so the selection understandably was reduced. I got the AM bun (like a morning bun), which was my favorite! It was messy to eat because of the sugar coating the exterior, but was worth the hassle. I also tried a raspberry cheese croissant, which was tart but scrumptious! An unexpected surprise was they offered me a free spinach and cheese croissant, because it was approaching their closing time and she had too much leftover. I had that the next morning for a light breakfast, and despite it being the next day, it was still pretty good! It had sesame seeds on top, which I feel unsure on if I liked them more for the crunch or wish it wasn't there just due to the nuttiness-but couldn't complain as it was a nice surprise to get.
October 20 · Sarina ZimmerBake Room taken over by Methodical Bakery, tastes the same. open fri to sunday 8-2pm-ish. The close when they run out. Best butter and Chocolate croissant
September 19 · Paul TanAbsolutely love this bakery everything was delicious and freshly baked! The baguette had the crispiest crust and fresh! Didn't get a pic of baguette as couldn't wait to devour it. Purchased the Leavin ( Country Sourdough) as well looks like will be as good as baguette and will make the perfect sandwiches/paninis. The Everything croissant had so much flavor, flaky, and buttery. Loved the AM buns had the perfect amount of sweetness! It was a cinnamon roll & croissant rolled into one. Will definitely be back! Recommend for sure if you want fresh baked Organic goodness!
September 09 · Andrea UzzellEverything here looks amazing! And what we bought (see photos) did taste amazing!Reasonably priced options from danishes to croissants to muffins to fresh baked bread. Will definitely come here again.
December 12 · Jeremy CowanWe absolutely love this bakery! The AM buns are buttery, super flaky, and beyond delicious. My husband is a fan of the seasonal fruit croissants and is always happy when raspberry is front and center like it was today. The cookies are great as well as the plain croissants. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any pastry that you try from the Bakeroom! Highly recommended! 👌
